Requirements Before Arriving On Deck

USA Diving Membership

*Only if you are a member of LDA

After your application is approved, you must complete the following before arriving on deck for the first practice:

  • Register your diver with USA Diving 

    • Where: USA Diving Website 

    • Team - Legends Diving Academy

    • When: Annual membership (Jan 1 – Dec 31)

    • Fees:

      • General athlete registration: $43/yr (minimum)

      • Competition athlete: $203/yr (for Regionals, Zones, Nationals)​

    • Register for the appropriate level. After you register, please complete the following: 

      • Email USA Diving Registration Chair to transfer clubs if needed (Cc: legendsdivingacademy@gmail.com)

      • Confirm your USA Diving Registration number appears in our “My Team” database.

Club Fees

Club fees will be used on equipment purchase such as mats, boards, tower surface, trampoline, belts, all training related, it''s not included travel fees, competition registration and any other extra cost outside of legends training pool.

All fees are require to be paid on time, any delay will have late fees apply. The first late fees will be $10, second time $75 and the third time will be $150. 

Parent and Athlete's Responsibility  

  • Legends Diving Academy Waiver: This is requirement to all members include learn to dive program, You will be receiving the  waiver once you successfully signed up, and we kindly ask you to sign and either bring it on deck or email to us.​

  • Athlete's Responsibility: You are required to follow our team rules once you admitted to the program.
