We offer a range of programs for various diving skill levels and ages. From beginner lessons to elite team training, private coaching, and masters diving—there’s a place for everyone. Join us and take the leap!
Lessons Group
Introduce your child to the exciting world of springboard diving. Our beginner lessons build strong fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for young athletes ready to explore competitive diving.
Lessons Group Details
Who is eligible?
Children ages 7 - 12
What is the time commitment and schedule?
Six hours per week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4-6PM
What is the maximum number of participants in the lessons group?
12 athletes maximum
What is the pricing?
A first time registration fee of $30.
A monthly payment of $375/month.
$300 club fee every four months to cover boards, platform surface, mats and all equipment (billed in February, June, and October)

Elite Diving Team
Join a team built for excellence. Our invite-only Elite Team trains dedicated athletes for high-level competition. Designed for driven divers ready to take their skills to the next level.

Who is eligible?
By invitation only!
Children ages 8 - 18
What is the time commitment and schedule?
15 hours per week
5 days per week commitment

Mon, Wed and Friday: 4PM - 6:30PM (Water)
Tuesday: 6:30am - 7:45am (Dryland) & 4PM - 6:30pm (Water)
Saturday: 1PM - 3PM (Dryland) & 3 - 5PM (Water)
Thursday and Sunday - OFF

What is the pricing?
A first time registration fee of $30.
A monthly payment of $600/month.
$425 club fee every four months to cover boards, platform surface, mats and all equipment (billed in February, June, and October)

$50 per each 1.5 hour lesson
